Why do we use ReelMe and MobileMe?

An exploratory technique allowing us to be there, at the heart of the action, gaining key consumer insight at the moment of truth using consumer-generated content.

How do ReelMe and MobileMe work?

Mainly used as a supplementary qualitative market research tool prior to attending a research session – this can be anything from consumption diaries; capturing normal household behaviour; trying or reviewing a new product.

In the case of ReelMe, participants capture video footage on their phones to creating user-generated voxpops, and MobileMe participants are provided with a mobile app to enable them to upload photos, diary entries or screen shots via their smartphone to add all important context to research objectives.
